If you experience a total loss of your covered vehicle during the term of the financing contract and replace it with a new covered vehicle with the same dealer, the dealer will apply an equal amount of the original down payment for the covered vehicle to the new financing contract.

If your covered vehicle is declared a constructive total loss by a licensed automotive insurance agency, CPR for Cars will replace it with a Replacement Vehicle, for a Monthly Lease Payment equal to or less than your current monthly lease payment.
