If a customer experiences a total loss of their covered vehicle during the term of the financing contract and replaces it with a new covered vehicle with the same dealer, the dealer will apply an equal amount of the original down payment for the covered vehicle to the new financing contract.

If a customer’s covered vehicle is declared a constructive total loss by a licensed automotive insurance agency, CPR For Cars® will replace it with a Replacement Vehicle, for a Monthly Lease Payment equal to or less than the current monthly lease payment.
